AMSOIL Installer Account
Make lubricant selection part of a dependable service experience.
The Installer program is intended for businesses that install lubricants as part of a service. A shop needs a practical connection between product selection, storage, technician procedures and the explanation customers receive.

What the program offers
- Program support addresses shops installing products during service work.
- Marketing assistance, technical resources and volume discounts are advertised.
- Free standard ground shipping is advertised for orders of $400 or more; additional service fees may apply.
- Bulk dispensing options have program conditions; ask about eligibility before planning equipment around them.
Build your service menu around applications
Identify the vehicles and jobs your shop handles most often. Record the specifications required for those services before deciding which grades and packages to stock. Create a process for less common applications rather than treating a general-purpose selection as universal.
A useful service menu explains the products and work included. Keep the customer’s maintenance needs central to the conversation, and give technicians an easy way to confirm the selected fluid and quantity.
Connect inventory with technician procedures
Consider storage space, dispensing methods, expected consumption and contamination control. Clearly label products and establish a check before filling any component. Include the stock number or product identity in service records.
Ask about bulk dispensing program requirements before assuming equipment is included. Match packaging to your shop’s throughput, available space and handling arrangements. A compact shop and a high-volume service center may need different purchasing plans.
Explain the service clearly
Discuss the manufacturer’s requirements, the work performed and the recommended next service. Keep the invoice and maintenance record specific enough for the customer to understand what went into the vehicle.
When applying, describe installation work, any counter sales and the business location accurately. The official Installer page currently sends applicants to the Retail application. That shared form does not mean every store or shop has identical needs or program benefits.
